Exciting News for our Mulford Dancers!

We are proud to announce that our dancers have been invited to be part of the 2020 Opening Production number for the 6 ABC Dunkin' VIRTUAL Thanksgiving Day Celebration!

The dancers will be recording the Opening number at Channel 6

studios in Philadelphia in October.

HipHop Crews ages 7+up 

Petite Company ages 9-11

Jr/Sr Company ages 12+up

Audition Date- Wed Sept 2nd, 2020 

Time-starts 5pm

Location- the dance studio- We will set times to arrive. Dancers will enter the studio through lobby but will exit out studio one's door.

Due to the different circumstances we are all dealing with, YOU MUST email Miss Kim to register in advance. We will send out arrival times once we receive registrations. Register by Aug 31st, 2020!

Requirements:

-For BOYS OR GIRLS HIPHOP CREWS Must be age 7 by 12/31/2020. -For all other genres- Petites must be age 9 by 12/31/2020. Jr/Srs must be 12. by 12/31/2020. -For the audition, every dancer will perform a routine of their own choice - Please bring your own music on iphone or ipod. Dance must only be 30-45 seconds long, and display their smiles and energy! PLEASE ARRIVE WARMED UP!! 

-YOU MUST PRE-REGISTER TO AUDITION! Email Miss Kim at kimfarmer01@gmail.com to register by 8/31/2020. Cost is $25 , Pay by Venmo or Paypal [see below]. Please wear masks while waiting to perform. Its your option to wear mask while performing your solo. 

****OUR GOALS FOR COMPANY WILL BE TO KEEP DANCERS TECHNICALLY PROFICIENT, KEEP TEAM SPIRIT ALIVE, CONTINUE TO WORK ON DANCES, AND MAINTAIN LEVEL OF PERFORMANCE!!

Class Requirements 2020-2021

Enrollment in specific classes is required to participate in the Company. These are the minimum requirements. Sometimes students may be required to take more technique classes.

Jr/Sr Level ages 12+up

Students may participate in 1,2,or 3 ensembles- ballet, jazz, tap

-All 3 Ensembles- [Srs 3 ballet] [Jrs 2ballet], 2 jazz, 1 tap, 1 extra, choreo classes

-Ballet Ensemble- [Srs 3 ballet] [Jrs 2 ballet], 1 extra, choreo class

-Jazz Ensemble- 2 jazz, 1 ballet, 1 extra, choreo class

-Tap Ensemble- 1 tap, 1 ballet or jazz, 1 extra, choreo class

-Ballet and Jazz Ensembles- 3 ballet, 2 jazz, 1 extra, choreo classes

-Jazz and Tap Ensembles- 2 jazz, 1 tap, 1 ballet, 1 extra, choreo classes

Jr/Sr Crew ages 12+up

-1 HipHop class

-Choreo class

-1 extra 

Petite Level ages 9-11

*Every dancer must take ballet and 1 extra class and Company Class

Two Ensemble Minimum- 4 classes- One ensemble must be ballet. 

-ballet+tap+1 extra+Company Class 

-ballet+jazz+1 extra+ Company Class

Three Ensemble Minimum- 5 hours- One ensemble must be ballet.
